To say our day in New Orleans celebrating my birthday was perfect would be an understatement. We shopped, we strolled, we ate, and we took plenty of pictures!

FOOD! Our favorite part of the day.
We grabbed a quick appetizer from Cafe Maspero. Appetizer of choice was spinach and artichoke dip, Jordan's favorite! It was delicious!
Before we moved onto dinner, we shopped around a bit. We found the coolest Christmas store, named Santa's Quarter's. They have a huge selection of ornaments, Christmas decor, and even a Mardi Gras section all at very good prices! I definitely suggest stopping in if you take a trip to the French Quarter this holiday season. (We got these ornaments!)
I asked my sorority sisters for restaurant recommendations in the quarter that were cute and not extremely expensive (I will list all the recs below). We ended up deciding on The Court of Two Sisters and we were not disappointed. It was SO good. This was the best birthday dinner spot ever. (Other recommendations we can't wait to try: Justine, Johnny Sanchez, Bourbon House, Josephine Estelle, Nolé, Meril, Peche, Tableau.)
We ended the day with the best treat. I think you can guess what we got. Beignets from Cafe Du Monde! A must have every trip to NOLA!
To end this birthday recap, I want to thank my boyfriend, family, and friends for the very best birthday weekend! I am so incredibly blessed. I am so excited for what this next year of my life will bring. Lets do it. Cheers to 20!
