Full Face Favorites

Here you will find all of my favorite products to create a flawless full face + all my makeup tips and tricks! Makeup was my first love and I've always had a passion for doing makeup on other people and myself. I am going down the list in the exact order I do my makeup along with all my techniques. I keep my makeup very budget friendly and have found so many products from the drugstore that I LOVE! To shop any of these products, simply click the underlined name. Thank you all for continuing to support my dreams! XOXO

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge - this is NEEDED to create a flawless face. I use this for foundation and concealer. My first step is putting a little concealer on my eyelids to prime and setting it with a loose powder. I blend and set with my Beauty Sponge.

Eyeshadow

Why eyeshadow first? Sometimes you'll experience fall out or you'll need to clean up your eyeshadow! This is 10 times easier to do before you do your face. I prime my eyelids with a little concealer and loose powder only. This gives you a smooth base and cancels out discoloration at the same time. I am ride or die for Morphe eyeshadow palettes. My favorite two are Jaclyn Hill and 35O. Lately I have been using the Morphe babe faves eye brush set and it's SO good! I sometimes use bronzer in the crease and highlighter if I am being super minimal or don't have a palette with me. I recently discovered the Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadow in Ladybird and it's all I've been using on my lid! I can't get enough! Wetting the brush helps make these super pigmented (tbh, I usually lick my brush... is that gross? not gonna lie to yall). As for eyeshadow techniques, go hit up Jaclyn Hill or Tati on YouTube - they taught me everything I know! Throwing in eyebrows with this because I use brown eyeshadow and the Morphe eyebrow brush (comes in the set linked above) to fill in my brows! It's easy and has always worked for me. Specifically the third to last on the bottom row of the Jaclyn Hill Palette.

Eyeliner

I generally only like using felt tip liners. For me, it makes for the easiest application and lasts until I take it off! My two favorites are Colourpop Bff Liquid Liner in Numero Uno (the best I've ever used and so cheap!) and Loreal Voluminous Liner Noir Liquid Eyeliner

If I am doing a more dramatic look and want to put liner in my lower waterline, I ONLY use Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner. I know it sounds scary, but trust me, it's so black and will not move! I apply it with a liner brush.

Lashes

Okay, so I have super straight lashes and have to use waterproof mascara. That also means I curl my lashes a LOT. I love the Tweerzerman Curl 60 Eyelash Curler. A lot of people don't know this but the wax in waterproof mascara helps keep your lashes curled. I was obsessed with a particular mascara in like 8th/9th grade and suddenly they just stopped making the waterproof version. My lashes never loved another mascara like they liked that one. Seriously, I never found one I really loved and wore falsies all the time. BUT I stumbled upon it 2 months ago in Ulta and THREW A FIT! It makes my lashes so long, curled, and just how I like them. If you like a ton of volume, you need to layer this like three times. The Loreal Telescopic Waterproof Mascara is my absolute favorite. You're probably wondering how the heck I get it off? The secret is baby oil. Yes, sounds crazy, but I gently rub my lashes until it comes off. It's very gentle and it's the only thing that I've ever found to really get off waterproof mascara.

For falsies, I use a lot of different ones, but you can NEVER go wrong with Kiss Shy and Ardell 105. I have used these on so many girls and they always look good. I also use the Duo Lash Adhesive Dark glue. It's all about application girls! If you're clueless, YouTube it! I also apply mascara on top to make them blend with my natural lashes.

Foundation

Once my eyes are finished, I move straight into foundation. I only use the Real Technique's Sponge to apply both my foundation and concealer. A lot of you may think more expensive foundations work better, but my my ride or die foundation is from the drugstore. I discovered Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless foundation in maybe 10th grade and I've never found anything better. This foundation has lasted me though dancing at football games, homecoming, Mardi Gras events, and now game days, nights out, you name it! I have used this on so many people and it always looks beautiful. I also found the perfect shade for my olive skin tone (128) and it matches so well that I never felt like color matching a different foundation. I promise if you give this guy a try, you'll love it!

Concealer

I sadly inherited super dark under eyes from my Italian side of the family (hopefully I'll get my grandmas nearly wrinkle free skin as well) and I have always struggled with trying to cover them up. My biggest issue was always the concealer either creasing or flaking off. I found a product that literally changed the game for me. I am telling y'all, I absolutely never apply concealer without this first. It cancels out the color, moisturizes the under eye, and makes for an overall better application of the concealer. Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector (light to medium) is the BEST THING EVER! Give it a try!

As for concealer, I only have two favorites since I'm super picky. Of course I love Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, I mean who doesn't? I bought Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer a week ago and it has CHANGED MY LIFE! I found shape tape to be drying and I've heard the Nars concealer is better if you have dry under eyes, but if you have oily skin, get you some Shape Tape. Maybelline Master Conceal is BOMB. Maybelline really pulls out the stops with the face products. I have used this stuff for years! It is a little thicker but it blends out so beautifully and has amazing coverage. I apply concealer under my eyes, a little on my chin and forehead, as well as down the bridge of my nose.

Powder

To set those spots I concealed, I use the Coty Airspun Loose Face Powder in translucent. This stuff is so cheap and lasts forever! It doesn't flash back in pictures either. Trust me, it works for everyone!

Once i set my under, eyes I let that sit for just a second as I set my entire face. I brush that bake away towards the end of powdering my entire face. MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation is my favorite powder! It adds the perfect amount of extra coverage and makes for a flawless finish! I wear it alone with concealer a lot and it is perfect for everyday coverage. Before I discovered this, I used the Loreal True Match Powder, and I still do! It was my go to when I danced at hot football games and always held up my makeup. If you're on a budget, all of my drug store favorites will be your new best friends!

Bronzer

Most days when I do my makeup, I really do my makeup. If I don't actually need my makeup done for something, you'll usually catch me bare faced with maybe mascara. With that being said, I usually always contour. I have only ever used the Anastasia Contour Kit because it never failed me! I do plan on branching out with the contour kits soon tho! Some days I do only use bronzer. Benefit Hoola is a staple that I believe eveyone needs! It's a bronzing shade that looks gorgeous on anyone. If you're a girl who likes a little shimmer, Tarte Park Avenue Princess is amazing! Let me add, if you're wearing foundation and not bronzing, PLEASE bronze! You need to bring that dimension back into your face!

Blush

Y'all, I have used the same blush since 8th grade. Why have I never branched out? Good question... Someone remind me to ask for new blush for Christmas! No but really, I am one of those "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" people. MAC Blush in Melba really is the best staple blush! Tarte's blushes are also AMAZING!

Highlighter

I can honestly say I have not tried many highlights and I don't wear highlighter every time I do my makeup. I purchased Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop (by Jaclyn) when it first came out and it has been my one and only for quite some time! I love highlighting my inner corner and brow bone with this and I also use it on the entire lid all the time.

Lips

I'm very simple when it comes to lips. I generally only wear gloss and sometimes have a nude lipstick under it. My favorite nude is Loreal Colour Riche Lipcolour in the shade Fairest Nude. I love the Kylie Lip Kits, but unfortunately my favorite color was limited edition and I haven't seen it come back. I have two favorite glosses - Buxom Full On Plumping Lip Polish in the shade Dolly and Sephora Collection Outrageous Effect Volume Lip Gloss in Universal Volume. Both of them are amazing and plump my lips so well! The Sephora one is about half of the price and just as good!

That wraps up my full face favorites! If you have any questions, please feel free to shoot me a DM over on Instagram! I would love to talk about makeup with you!
